Opening of the Comprehensive Investor Support Point at NordicHouse

On September 10, 2025, the official opening of Poland’s first stationary Comprehensive Investor Support Point (PKWI) for building thermal modernization and renovation took place at NordicHouse in Krakow.

We sincerely thank all individuals and business support organizations – including the Krakow Technology Park for co-creating a group of institutional partners; representatives of municipalities and counties in Małopolska and neighboring voivodeships; the Krakow City Hall – Air Protection Department; the Marshal’s Office of the Małopolska Voivodeship; financial institutions – including two major banks, Alior and BGK; and our friends who participated in our discussions and numerous meetings and always responded positively to our efforts to establish Poland’s first Comprehensive Investor Support Point (CSP) for building thermal modernization and renovation. We got this!

Poland’s first stationary Comprehensive Investor Support Point for thermal modernization and building renovation processes, an important element of the One Stop Shop – OSS krk HubRenowacji, is now open!
On September 10, 2025, after many months of building knowledge resources and a member ecosystem, searching for the best contractors, and reaching out to managers and local government units, we officially opened a stationary service point. The point operates at the headquarters of the South Poland Cleantech Cluster in Krakow – NordicHouse at 15/2a Studencka Street.

As part of our services, you can receive:

  • free, independent advice on available technologies and applicable regulations
  • information on possible sources of financing and assistance in applying for grants
  • process profitability analysis
  • actively connecting experts, contractors, and private and public investors
  • organizing training and workshops for residents in municipalities and counties

The point was created as a result of the activities of Poland’s first One Stop Shop – OSS krk HubRenowacji, a concept developed in response to identified market barriers. In line with European proposals and experiences, OSS is a comprehensive service model that integrates all the elements necessary to carry out the energy renovation process. Instead of forcing the client to independently manage multiple independent entities, OSS acts as a single, central point of contact, guiding the investor through every stage of the project.

OSS krk HubRenowacji was created as part of the EU Renowave project in collaboration with SPCleantech member, the Association of Municipalities and Counties of Małopolska.

The opening of the Point was attended by municipalities, counties, representatives of numerous institutions, and members of the OSS krk HubRenowacji ecosystem.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to meet participants in the OSS krk HubRenowacji ecosystem and establish new contacts in the context of building thermal modernization and renovation.
