About the Speaker
Maciej Reluga
A graduate of Economy Quantitative Methods at the Economics Faculty, University of Warsaw. He graduated also from the financial management program at the University of Namur (Belgium). For several years he has been analyzing economic situation and forecasting economic and market indicators. Since mid 2002 Maciej Reluga is BZ WBK chief economist, previously he worked at the NBP and ING. He participated in many courses and training for financial instruments, methods of forecasting and management. In early 2010 he graduated from Senior Management Programme in Banking in Swiss Finance Institute. He speaks English and French fluently. The team of BZ WBK economists chaired by Maciej Reluga has been repeatedly highlighted by the influential media. His team for several years was at the forefront in the relevancy ranking for economic forecasts at the Parkiet Newspaper (first place in 2010), is also regularly mentioned among the top ranking accuracy of forecasts of exchange rates in daily Puls Biznesu (second place in 2011).
