On January 22-24, 2024, representatives of the Finnish company Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG), Antti Alho and Henry Pesonen visited Krakow in order to establish contacts with the largest Krakow hospitals, both regional, municipal and university. NordicHouse arranged and participated in fruitful meetings with the directors of 5 Krakow hospitals.
Nordic Healthcare Group is a member of the Finnish consortium of 6 companies: Integrated Hospital Design Alliance (IHDA). In addition to NHG, the consortium includes Granlund Group, AINS Group, AW2 Architects, Vison and K2S Architects.
The Integrated Hospital Design Alliance brings together the highest Nordic expertise in hospital design. The consortium’s analysts, architects, HVAC and structural engineers, and construction management specialists are working on facilities that provide better healthcare.
The IHDA business consortium consists of forerunners from various healthcare fields. Together they create a comprehensive offer for the design and construction management of intelligent, customer-oriented and functional hospitals.
IHDA is able to support all stages of hospital planning and construction, from feasibility studies and design to tendering and construction management.
The IHDA consortium is responsible for the largest hospital investments in Finland in recent years and, as a partner of the Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, responsible from 2021 for carrying out and implementing the national and regional reform of hospital services in the country.
